Privacy Policy of PS3G – DocVilla platform

Introduction
PS3G Inc. (“Company “or “We” or “PS3G”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. PS3G, Inc. on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to a, “we”, “us”, or “our”), owns and operates the websites located at www.docvilla.com and various mobile applications (collectively the “Site” or “Sites”). Through these Sites we operate various online services that help our members to receive various types of health care information and telehealth services and educate them about the Services available through DocVilla platform.
PS3G understands that privacy of information, especially when it is related to health, is of utmost importance to our members and all the people who visit our sites. Therefore, as a service provider of health services, we consider it very important to put in place the policies and procedures that meet the standard international regulations. Please read this policy and Terms conditions and Notice of Non-Discrimination carefully to understand our policies and practices for your information. By using our Site or App, you agree to be bound by our privacy policy and the terms and conditions and accept them in full. If you do not agree with our policies and terms & conditions, it is your choice not to access and use our Sites for any purpose.
This Web and Mobile Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the type of information PS3G collects about Members and Visitors on its Sites and how that information is used. The Company reserves its right to revise the Policy of collecting of information at any time. If there is a drastic change in the Privacy Policy, then PS3G will give a notice regarding the new policy on the Site. New Privacy Policies will be effective from the date of their posting or otherwise as stated in the Notice.
Personal Information and non -identifiable information
When we use the term ‘Personal Information’ in this Privacy Policy, we mean information about you that is personally identifiable to you, such as your contact details ( name, address, email address, or telephone number), personally identifiable health or medical information (“Health Information”), and any other non-public information that is associated with such information (collectively referred as “Personal Information”). When we use the term ‘non identifiable’, we mean information about you but that does not identify you.
PS3G is committed to maintaining the privacy of your Personal Information. It is required by law to provide you with notice of its legal duties and privacy practices with respect to your Personal Information. The Personal Information we collect may include:
- Your name, age, email address, username, password, and other information required at the time of registration.
- Health Information you provide us may be relating to your medical or health history and laboratory tests or other health related information.
- Information about the computer or mobile device you are using, such as what Internet browser you use, the kind of computer or mobile device you use, and other information about how you use the Site.
- Your past, present or future payment for the provision of healthcare or any other information you write while using the Site or services.
We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes subject to applicable legal restrictions:
- PS3G is permitted to use your personal information for the purpose of treatment, payment, healthcare operations or to provide any other related services.
- To improve the services offered – by performing quality reviews and similar activities
iii. To create De-identified Information such as aggregate statistics relating to the use of the Service
- To notify you when Site updates are available,
- To market and promote our Site and the Services offered to you through the Site However, You can “opt out” of receiving direct marketing or market research information by emailing us at privacy@docvilla.com or privacy@PS3G.com.
vi For any other purpose for which you give us authorization
We or your medical practice (doctor) may disclose some Personal Information that you provide us, as allowed by law, as follows:
- To another physician, healthcare provider in connection with your treatment or health insurer in connection with the processing of your payment claims.
- To our wholly owned subsidiaries.
- To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep PI confidential and provides the same level of privacy protection as is required of the company and also use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. For example providing customer services and conducting quality review assessments.
- To provide information as required by law, subpoena, court order, government request or for any authorized activities such as audits, inspections relating to healthcare system.
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others, to protect our rights and to investigate any fraud. As an example, PS3G may disclose Personal Information to federal officials for intelligence and national security purposes.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You have the following rights regarding the PI maintained by PS3G.
DocVilla is an EHR software company for medical practices and doctors. If you are a patient, please contact your medical practice or doctor directly. For security reasons, we do not respond to patients. Your medical practice or the doctor needs to reach out to us.
i ) To receive confidential communication of your PI. For that you have to submit a written request to PS3G, which would be accommodated to the extent possible. PS3G may impose a fee for the cost of copying, mailing, labor and supplies associated with your request.
ii) To request restrictions on certain uses & disclosures of your PI for treatment, payment or healthcare operations. You must submit a written request to PS3G. We are not bound to agree to it. However, it will be considered to the extent possible keeping in view the other provisions of law or other administrative instructions and communications.
iii) You have a right to request to amend your PI. For that you will have to submit a written request and it will be considered after due verification.

Collection of non- identifiable information
PS3G or a third party vendor on behalf of us may collect non-identifiable information, which is automatically collected as you browse or otherwise access the Sites. In order to serve you better, we collect some basic information about Visitors’ computers such as IP address of the computer, operating system, browser software, Internet Service Provider and the geographic location. We use this information to enhance our Sites and to better serve our member’s needs. All such information PS3G collects from members/ Visitors’ computers is non-identifiable and is not PI. Such non-identifiable information we collect could be shared with our suppliers and vendors to analyze Site usage trends and for improvement of services we provide to our members and visitors.
Cookies: We use cookies to facilitate your navigating the Sites. A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. When you visit the Site again, the cookie allows that site to recognize your browser. Cookies may store unique identifiers, user preferences and other information. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service, including for storing user preferences, tracking user trends and providing relevant advertising to you. However, you can set your browser to refuse them when they are being sent.
Security of Information Collected.
Some portion of the site can be used only by our registered Members and it is called as secure portal. For having access to it they have to register and log-in as it is password protected. The Secure portal contains personal information about Members. Although we take all necessary safeguards to protect your personal information collected via the Secure Portals as required by the state and federal laws, but it is a fact that no website or app can guarantee 100% secure environment . Therefore, there is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards .We use industry standards, such as Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) technology, to help safeguard against such occurrences. On the Secure Portals the information passed is encrypted with SSL technology and creates a protected connection between you (from website or application) and our server to ensure confidentiality. No data is transferred to users that do not have rights to access such information.
Though there are many benefits of using this Site, as with all electronic communications there are some risks such as failure of hardware, software and/or Internet connection and we are not responsible for such failures or other problems resulting from it and there is no guarantee that the confidentiality or security of electronic transmissions via the Internet can be assured due to any unsecured computers or links. This could result in your data becoming lost or intercepted during transmission. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information and to use good judgment before deciding to send information via Internet. It may be noted that e-mails and other communications you send us through our Site are not encrypted and we advise you not to communicate any confidential sensitive information through these means to the extent possible and read the risks involved in sending the medical information using Email and take all precautions measures.
Mobile Applications
We allow Members to access the Services through a software application on a mobile device (an “Application”). If you choose to an Application, PS3G will collect additional information about you including (1) location data, (2) device IDs and (3) other information regarding your use of the Application. We may use the information collected to analyze and improve the Member’s experience using the Application and otherwise communicate with the Member about the Services. You are advised to read the Privacy Policy and Terms Conditions and Notice of Non-Discrimination of PS3G.
