This Privacy Policy explains how PS3G Inc. – DocVilla (“DocVilla,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information through www.DocVilla.com, any related subdomains, applications, portals, software, and related services (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).

1. Who We Are

DocVilla is owned and operated by PS3G Inc. DocVilla provides software and technology services for medical practices, healthcare providers, staff, and authorized users. Depending on the selected plan, purchased add-ons, configuration, and implementation, the platform may support healthcare-related administrative, documentation, scheduling, telehealth, patient portal, communication, inventory, prescription, billing workflow, and practice management functions.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

• the DocVilla website;

• online forms, demo requests, support requests, and communications;

• customer and provider use of the platform;

• patient-facing functionality made available through the platform, where applicable.

DocVilla is a software and technology provider. DocVilla is not a healthcare provider, physician practice, hospital, laboratory, pharmacy, insurer, or payer.

If you are a patient, your healthcare provider or medical practice is generally responsible for your medical records, treatment decisions, privacy notices, and many privacy-related obligations concerning your care.

If you are a patient, please contact your medical practice or doctor directly regarding requests for access to medical records, amendments, restrictions, confidential communications, or other privacy-related requests.

For security and relationship-management reasons, DocVilla may require patient requests concerning provider-controlled medical records to be submitted through or confirmed by the applicable medical practice or provider. Where required by law or by applicable agreement, DocVilla may assist the practice or provider in responding to such requests.

If you are a customer, provider, or authorized user and want to correct account information that is not part of provider-controlled patient medical records, you may contact DocVilla using the contact information below.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

• provide and support the Services;
